Returns/Refunds Policy

-Items are allowed to be returned if unused and unopened for 30 days. If the security label is not intact,* then the item is considered used. It is placed there to ensure that no items are returned claiming being unopened when they have been. 

-There will be a 20% restocking fee.

-La'Fesse is not responsible for the shipping back.
 

-If items are lost in the mail I will file a claim, you will be refunded or replaced with the same (or equal value) when the claim is FINNISHED. 

If you file a claim La'fesse no longer has anything to do with it. You will have to work with the post office to get your refund as they will not let me file after that. I will provide you with anything you need for your claim.
